Representatives of the Settlement and Financial Center took part in the meeting of the heads of the water and energy departments of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.

The event, which took place in Tashkent, was attended by Minister of Energy Almasadam Satkaliyev, Minister of Water Management and Irrigation Nurzhan Nurzhigitov, Director General of the Settlement and Financial Center for Renewable Energy Support Gulzhan Nalibayeva, Chairman of the Board of KEGOC JSC Nabi Aitzhanov, as well as representatives of Samruk-Energo.

The meeting participants discussed issues of ensuring the smooth functioning of water and energy systems in the autumn-winter period, agreed on network schedules and measures to maintain the stability of the system.

Special attention was paid to joint projects, such as the construction of the Kambaratinskaya HPP-1, as well as issues of harmonization of the water and energy balance.

Following the meeting, a protocol was signed consolidating the agreements reached.
