On December 23, 2022, as part of the monthly activities to conduct explanatory and training activities on compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, the Partnership's employees participated in a webinar on "Rules of Giving and Accepting New Year's Gifts in the Workplace".

During the webinar, organized by the Compliance and Business Ethics Association together with representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the webinar reviewed the legal requirements and established restrictions on accepting gifts and business hospitality for employees of the quasi-public sector, discussed the issues of constructing an effective gift-giving policy, as well as explained the consequences of violating the rules of gift-giving.

Webinar participants were provided with an overview of the potential risks, including for quasi-public sector companies, when their officers and employees violate the gift-giving rules.

The Partnership's employees were informed about anti-corruption measures that companies should implement in order to exclude corruption risks, as well as when identifying gift-giving and hospitality by counterparties.
