Fixed tariffs — tariffs for purchase by the settlement and financial center are in order,
established by the Law «On Support for the use of renewable energy sources»,
electric energy produced by renewable energy facilities
energy sources.
The purchase of electric energy, at fixed tariffs, is carried out only under contracts
concluded with «RFC for Renewable Energy» LLP before the entry into force of the
provisions on the application of auction bidding.
Fixed tariffs, according to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
No. 645 dated June 12, 2014 «On Approval of fixed tariffs».
