In accordance with the Rules, at the request of the authorized body on the basis of the terms of reference developed by the system operator, the Settlement and Financial Center for Renewable Sources Support LLP developed preliminary feasibility studies:
*the winner of the auction for the construction of newly commissioned generating units with maneuverable generation mode independently determines the configuration and manufacturer, subject to compliance with the requirements of the Rules and Schedule of the auction for the construction of newly commissioned generating units with maneuverable generation mode for 2022, approved by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 14, 2022 No. 17.
