In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Rules for determining the tariff for renewable energy support, approved by the order Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2015 No. 118, Settlement and Financial Center calculates and publishes tariffs for the support of renewable energy sources for the estimated period a month for conditional consumers and qualified conditional consumers on their Internet resource within 5 (five) business days from the date the System Operator provides the actual balance production and consumption of electric energy in the wholesale electricity market of the Republic Kazakhstan in accordance with the consumption zone.

In accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 3 of Article 7-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Support the use of renewable energy sources», the settlement and financial center is obliged to determine projected costs for the year ahead to support the use of renewable energy sources based on one kilowatt-hour of electric energy produced from all types of renewable energy sources, from the use of energy waste disposal and delivered in a single the electric power system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and publish relevant information on on its Internet resource no later than the fifteenth of January of the forecasted year.

At the same time, according to paragraph 7 of the Rules for determining the tariff for the support of renewable energy sources approved by the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20 2015 No. 118 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), settlement and financial center no later than January fifteenth the forecast year publishes the following information.
